These are Corey's Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies. My mom sold these in farmer's markets since before I was born. I have been eating these forever and trust me when I say these are the best chocolate chip cookies you will ever eat.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 c All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 c (2 sticks) softened Butter
3/4 c White Sugar
3/4 c Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 eggs
2 cups Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a larger bowl, beat the butter, sugars, and vanilla extract. Add in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Slowly beat in the flour mixture. Once all combined, fold in the chocolate chips. Optional: put them in the refrigerator for 15+ minutes for a better taste, not required. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Serve warm or save for later. Can be stored in freezer. Enjoy!
